Enrollment Information

This is the current enrollment information effective 08/1/2008.

Registration Package - $25.00
This registers you as a member of Penacook School Karate and includes everything you need to start training today: a complete student Uniform and white belt, official Penacook School Karate and Dillman Karate International patches and student handbook.

Tuition
We offer a completely unlimited and flexible schedule with over 16 classes a week! Select the enrollment term that is right for you! Enrollment is ongoing-start anytime. The minimum enrollment is three months.

THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS. NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED. CONTRACTS ARE NOT NECESSARY. CHOOSE THE PLAN THAT IS BEST FOR YOU.

1. Three Month Option – $99	Ask a representative for details about family and insurance discounts.
2. Six Month Option – $89
3. One Year Option - $79

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THREE FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE FOR MONTHLY UNLIMITED CLASSES.

1. Three Month Option

This option requires that you make your payments in person. Only accepted forms of payment are: cash, check or credit card. It is somewhat of a time consuming method because you have to make the payment in person and we have to update your membership card and input the data into our system.

2. Six Month Option

This option is very popular. You may select two payment methods with this option: in full or installments. You may select check, EFT or credit cards as your method of payment. This membership can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. You may also freeze this membership one time for a fee of $10. If you choose the installment payments you may reduce the amount of your monthly payment by making a large first payment.

For example: You first payment is $200.00. This reduces your monthly payment to $56.00 per month.

3. One Year Option

This option is our most economical method. You will save literally hundreds of dollars compared with someone on the monthly option. You may also select two payment methods with this option: in full or installments. You may select check, EFT or credit cards as your method of payment. This membership can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. You may also freeze this membership two times for a fee of $10 each time. If you choose the installment payments you may reduce the amount of your monthly payment by making a large first payment.

For example: You first payment is $300.00. This reduces your monthly payment to $54.00 per month.

The first student pays full price, the second receives a 20% discount and the third (and subsequent family members) will each receive 40% off.

Freezes/Suspensions

In the event that you need to freeze your membership for a period of 30 to 90 days, we have a freeze policy. In order to freeze your membership, you must submit a Membership Freeze Notice, which you can obtain at our front desk. This membership freeze guarantees your spot and current belt rank in our school. This policy guarantees your current tuition and prevents you from having to incur any additional fees.

Freeze Terms and Conditions:

1.) Members may freeze their membership for medical reasons or travel purposes. Freeze periods are for 30, 60 and 90 day periods.

2.) All membership freezes require the completion of the membership freeze notice. We do not backdate membership freeze periods.

3.) A member cannot freeze a month that already had EFT (membership) dues processed. Due to our billing process – all membership freeze requests within 1 week of billing date will start the next billed month.

4.) The cost of freezing a membership is $10 per month.

5.) All memberships that are on freeze will automatically be reactivated at the end of the freeze period without prior notice to the member.

It is the policy of Penacook School Karate that all memberships are either frozen as described above or terminated in accordance with our schools termination policy.
