" When I was 15 years old I hardly had any motivation to
finish anything I started such as playing baseball or soccer, quitting half
way through. I also played a lot of video games and got into a little
trouble now and again. One day I decided to walk into a random karate school
with an open mind to see what one was like. Before I knew it, I was wearing
snazzy pajama pants and learning to defend myself. I am 21 now and still
here at the same school. It is funny when I look back on it now, while my
friends were either drinking or doing something else they probably shouldn't
be doing, I was helping out, meeting new people and getting in shape. I have
also learned to push myself to the limit and beyond, probably something I
never would have learned on my own. Over all i think I wouldn't be as good a
person as I am today if it wasn't for that day I stumbled upon this place."
