Sensei Gail Williams

 Sensei Gail Williams is a Provisional Black Belt at Penacook School Karate. Sensei "Gram" as she is known to the children is an Instructor in our Preschool Age Program, Tiny Tigers. Sensei Williams bring many years of experience working with young children from running her own daycare to tutoring reading for many years at Penacook Elementary School. She is the Business Director for Penacook School Karate and also teaches Energy Work and Relaxation at several assisted living and senior centers in the area.
